sponsored by the Dallas SWCD and it's national office
National Association of Conservation Districts (NACD)
and the NACD Auxilary
A picture can be worth even more than a thousand
words. Good photographs can lend a helping hand to numerous projects:
they strengthen publicity for a fund-raiser, make a newsletter more
appealing and reveal the beauty of wetlands to elementary students. To
recognize individuals who use this tool effectively and creatively, NACD
and the NACD Auxiliary join forces to host an annual Photo Contest.
To submit an application for the local Dallas County competition
follow the same guidelines as for the national competition but submit
the forms and photos to our local office at 1918 Green Street, Adel,
Iowa by November 1, 2012.
